We had a tankless water heater installed by Aido. From quote to final cleanup, they provided excellent timely service.

From start to finish, I was very impressed with everyone’s responsiveness and professionalism. We upgraded our furnace, air conditioner and water heater. The prep and installation process was easy and efficient, and the technicians took their time to walk us through each appliance after. We’re very pleased with the service received!

It was a great experience dealing with Aido Climate Solutions for the installation of a new tankless water heater and furnace humidifier. Andrew, the sales consultant, and the installation crew, Mike and Kyle, were all knowledgeable, courteous and thorough. The whole process was excellent and all equipment and clean-up happened in a professional manner. They explained how everything worked and answered all my questions. I would highly recommend them to anyone in the Guelph area if you ever need a new furnace, A/C or water heater install.

Brandon was professional and easy going at the same time. Made for a good installation. Clean-up afterwards was good.

great service

AIDO offered a great discount for basic furnace annual check-up. This made the decision to book the call super easy! Good to have peace of mind before the snow comes.

Hi, Brandon just serviced my tankless water heater, furnace, and replaced a valve in my compression fitting for my backyard water hose. He really takes pride in his work and is meticulous. This is one of the rare cases where you find a tradesman that you will return to year after year. Thank you

I made a call almost midnight and was pleasantly surprised that Casey answered. She was so helpful and efficient in arranging for a service call the next morning. Brandon showed up promptly at 8 am and got the furnace running. So grateful…thank you!

Always very good

I appreciated the quick response to my request for service, diagnosing the issue and then final repair of my gas fireplace. It was fixed the very next day even when a part had to be ordered from out of town for the repair.
