Frequently Asked Questions
Costco Canada currently offers a Costco Shop Card valued at 10% of the qualifying pre-tax amount paid by the member to Costco for EcoWater material and installation. Program terms, restrictions and availability apply and can change, so the current offer will be confirmed during your consultation.
No. Under Costco's current EcoWater program terms, the Shop Card is calculated on qualifying EcoWater material and installation. Additional work, sinks, faucets and other accessories do not count toward the Shop Card total. The offer cannot be combined with other offers and does not apply to previous purchases.
Eligible Costco Executive Members may also earn their regular 2% Reward on qualifying purchases, subject to Costco's Executive Membership terms, restrictions and annual maximums. The Executive Reward is separate from the EcoWater Costco Shop Card offer.
Costco's EcoWater program is fulfilled by an EcoWater dealer. In our service area, Aido Climate Solutions and Water Wizards provide the in-home consultation, water analysis, system recommendation, professional installation and local support after the installation is complete.
It starts with a complimentary in-home consultation. We test your water, discuss your concerns and household needs, recommend the appropriate EcoWater solution and confirm the project cost. Once you approve the project, the equipment is professionally installed and the installation is completed through the Costco program. After signed completion of a qualifying project, the Costco Shop Card is processed according to Costco's current terms.
Costco currently advises members to allow up to four weeks for delivery of the Costco Shop Card after the signed completion of the qualifying project.
