Jason and Natasha were great. They were thorough with their work and pleasant the entire time.

Michael was professional, courteous, and very efficient! I was busy with kids and was impressed with the independent and Efficient service that Michael and his colleague provided. I am very happy with the new install and recommend Aido Climate Solutions to everyone!

Both guys were polite and respectful of entering my home. They wore masks and booties. Very efficient service

We had an appointment in the morning to diagnose the AC issue. It was discovered that coolant was leaking and the AC needed to be replaced (16+ years). Got the proposal done right away. Once I agreed to proceed around noon, they contacted back with an afternoon timeframe ( a cancellation). The job was done in 4 hours.

Thank you to Adam and the staff at Aido for helping our family so quickly. We valued your honest and professional advice, and we were impressed by the quality of service you offered. We will reach out to Aido for our future HVAC needs, and importantly, recommend Aido to our friends and neighbours. Thanks Adam!

I am very happy with the work done by Brandon previously to install my HVAC system and Adam to activate and charge the AC. I will continue to recommend AIDO Climate Solutions to others.

I was so impressed with Adam’s attention to detail and commitment to the best quality of work.

Brandon was incredible. Beyond being personable and helpful, I found him extremely knowledgeable and thorough. Would use again for any HVAC related issues.

Friendly to people and professional to the job

We’ve used Aido a few times over the past 2 years for a new air conditioner and new water softener. The prices and service were always great! This past weekend our air conditioner was giving us some problems and Asif showed up within a couple of hours of calling and made sure everything was running perfectly! So grateful for the amazing service they provide. Definitely a 5 star company!

The installation was quick and efficient. Staff were courteous and competent

From start to finish Brandon did a great job on the sales side and responded promptly to my questions. The installation, Brandon and Mike went over and above!

My AC wasn’t cooling on a Saturday night. Sunday morning first thing I had a tech come and diagnose the issue. My AC unit needed to be replaced and was installed in a couple days. Great service, very personable and quick.

The team was great to work with. Fast friendly service. Cleaned up and everything went smoothly. Would use them again

Our experience was wonderful

Adam was on time, neat, his appearance was clean, he check my A/C unit and did a through check of all it required.

I can’t say enough good things about Asif and his team. During this scary time of covid-19 the last thing we wanted to do was have to call someone. Asif and his team totally take all proper precautions + more to go above and beyond to keep everyone safe. His work is amazing and they’re so knowledgeable. 5 stars for sure!

Arrived on time, was professional and got my 18 yr old A/C back up and running in less than an hour.

Was prompt and did not try to pressure sell me like others have in the past.

Recently our water Heater start leaking and after talking to few friends to get a good reference about getting unit replaced , most of them referred to some Big Box stores but only one of reference I got about this company so I called couple of big stores and also called them and I was almost sold on his services way he handle my enquiries over the phone , he answered and explained me each and every questions about his services and product but I still decided to take couple of big stores estimate and availability and after getting three separate service tech estimate , availability and product knowledge I find Aido climate solutions is the best fit for product , price , service, and payment plan . I will recommend everyone who is is looking to repair or replacement for water Heater/softener or furnaces Thank you AIDO

Efficient, pleasant and clean service. Very professional. The price was right also. Couldn't be happier.
